Every type of Delf and Dalf examinations of French as well as german have been designed to according to the principle of action that is used by the Common European Framework of Reference for foreign Languages, that defines student of a language as social factors who have jobs to perform (that are not only involvesves speaking) in given situations , in a specific environment and within a particular area of action, which may be personal , social , academic or professional area.
These standards examinations of French Delf and Dalf are based on the knowledge, mastery , and learning skills that are part of the very ability to converse by way of language at linguistic and pragmatic level. This type of ability is used to perform varied language activities in comprehension, meditation , and interaction.
The examinations are therefore created to include the four important skills at every level, with different degrees of interaction and mediation required depending on every level. Marks of at least 50/100 is required to be awarded the diploma.
It must be remembered at every condition that neither the language speaking competency nor the exact mark of communication of spoken and written language skills can ever be evaluated in absolute terms in any foreign language. The minimum requirements for every level are different, and candidates shouldnot be penalised for not having knowledge that will come from future instructions. DELF A1
This first level recognises basic knowledge of the French language. It is the first most basic level at which a language is used, called the ” born ” stage. At this particular stage, the learner can interact in a simple way: he/she can speak about him/herself and his/her immediate surroundings.
